Everest Journey Program

WHAT IS THE EVEREST JOURNEY?

Everest Journey is a career and talent program that includes long-term store work for university students who are interested in retail and want to pursue a career in the store or center departments of retail .

With the Everest Journey;

Within the scope of the program, starting from the first years of university, you can earn money by working part-time in our stores for at least 6 months every year, 2-3 days a week, and practice what you have learned in theory in our head office. In addition, with the Everest Journey program, you can gain different experiences every year and have the opportunity to work in different departments in ebebek's stores and headquarters when you graduate.

ebebek Development Unit

With ebebek Development Unit , we are able to manage and monitor the end-to-end learning processes of all our colleagues interactively in a structure that pays attention to their interests, professional and personal development according to individual speed.

ebebek Development Unit has a wide range of training and development programs specific to target groups and target themes in 3 different groups.
We are working on plans specific to all target groups on a yearly basis and target groups are expected to follow the trainings within the date range.
All of these processes take place digitally.
