He was born in 1986, is married and has three children. He completed his university education at Yeditepe University, department of international trade, and later continued his career in certain departments of family companies. Musa Topbaş, who has been a member of the Board of Directors at Ebebek Mağazacılık AŞ as of 2011, continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors as of 2024.

After graduating from Kadıköy Imam Hatip High School in 1985, he started his career as a Pattern and Sales Manager at Bahariye Mensucat AŞ in the same year. Meanwhile, he continued his studies in Business Administration department through open education. In 1988, he went to England for language education and also started higher education there. After returning to Turkey due to military service, he continued his job at Bahariye Mensucat AŞ. In 1997, he left his job at Bahariye Mensucat AŞ and worked in various manufacturing and sales positions. In 2000, he worked as Purchasing Manager at Seranit Seramik AŞ. He has been working as General Manager at Bahariye Mensucat AŞ since 2002. Ömer Hulusi Tobpaş continues to serve as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors as of 2024. Currently, he is a Board Member at BİM Birleşik Mağazalar AŞ.

He completed his degree in Economics at Istanbul University in 1991 and his master's degree in International Business Administration at the same university in 1993. He completed the MBA program at Sabancı University in 2019 and studied Leadership and Negotiation at Columbia University within the scope of this program.

He started his career as an Operations Specialist at Türk Mitsui Bank AŞ in 1991, and after leaving his job there, he worked as Deputy General Manager of Erteks Erdoğmuş Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ between 1992 and 1996. He also became the founding partner of Uşak Radyo TV AŞ, which started its activities in 1992. In 1997, he worked as Business Development Manager at the credit card company Benkar, and then continued to work as General Manager at Ermet Mensucat AŞ in 1999.

He founded Bebeksitesi.com in 2000 to provide information and content for parents. At the end of the same year, it purchased the domain names Bebek.com, Bebek.net, e-bebek.com and ebebek.com, and started the transition to physical retailing with the first ebebek store opened in 2003, applying the "click to brick" business model for the first time in Turkey. He also served as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Ulaşım AŞ from 2005 to 2012.

He was appointed as Group CEO to lead ebebek international operations as of 2022. Halil Erdoğmuş is currently a Board Member at Evidea Mağazacılık AŞ, a founding member of the Baby Equipment Manufacturers, Importers and Retailers Association and a member of TÜSİAD.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BİM Birleşik Mağazalar AŞ and Proline Bilişim Sistemleri ve Ticaret AŞ and a board member of Avansas Ofis Malzemeleri Ticaret AŞ.

Aynur Çolpan was born in Germany in 1970 and graduated from Üsküdar Anatolian High School and Trakya University, Department of Mathematics. Çolpan, who started his career as a Purchasing Assistant at Metro Cash and Carry in 1994, lastly served as Strategic Purchasing Manager in the relevant company. She worked in various purchasing positions at Unilever Turkey since 2000, and then worked as European Supplier Manager within Unilever between 2006 and 2009. Between 2009 and 2012, she served as Purchasing Operations Director responsible for Türkiye, Iran and Israel. Between 2012 and 2015, she served as HR Services Indirect Purchasing Director at Unilever in Switzerland, where she was responsible for a wide geography. As of January 2017, she served as BİM Purchasing General Manager, and as of January 1, 2023, she was appointed as BİM Board of Directors Advisor, Avansas Board Member and ebebek Independent Board Member. Aynur Çolpan, who has been a member of the Independent Board of Directors of Perektifüp Ambalaj as of June 2023, speaks English and German.

 Dr. Soner Canko is a graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences. He received master's and doctorate degrees from the same university. He worked in multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Hewlett-Packard (HP), First Data. While he was the General Manager of BKM - Interbank Card Center between 2011 and 2020, he worked for the transition to a cashless society by ensuring the implementation of Turkey's mobile digital wallet BKM Express and Turkey's Payment Method - TROY brands. Also known for his work in the field of Financial Technologies and digitalization, Canko contributes to many non-governmental organizations and platforms in addition to his duties on the Board of Directors.
