
Halil Erdoğmuş
Board Member / Group CEO
He completed his degree in Economics at Istanbul University in 1991 and his master's degree in International Business Administration at the same university in 1993. He completed the MBA program at Sabancı University in 2019 and studied Leadership and Negotiation at Columbia University within the scope of this program.
He started his career as an Operations Specialist at Türk Mitsui Bank AŞ in 1991, and after leaving his job there, he worked as Deputy General Manager of Erteks Erdoğmuş Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ between 1992 and 1996. He also became the founding partner of Uşak Radyo TV AŞ, which started its activities in 1992. In 1997, he worked as Business Development Manager at the credit card company Benkar, and then continued to work as General Manager at Ermet Mensucat AŞ in 1999.
He founded Bebeksitesi.com in 2000 to provide information and content for parents. At the end of the same year, it purchased the domain names Bebek.com, Bebek.net, e-bebek.com and ebebek.com, and started the transition to physical retailing with the first ebebek store opened in 2003, applying the "click to brick" business model for the first time in Turkey. He also served as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Ulaşım AŞ from 2005 to 2012.
He was appointed as Group CEO to lead ebebek international operations as of 2022. Halil Erdoğmuş is currently a Board Member at Evidea Mağazacılık AŞ, a founding member of the Baby Equipment Manufacturers, Importers and Retailers Association and a member of TÜSİAD.

Can Karadeniz
General Manager
Can Karadeniz, who graduated from Galatasaray High School and Koç University Department of Business Administration, completed his Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) at Sabancı University.
After starting his career as an Audit Assistant at Ernst and Young auditing company, he joined Pepsico in 2012 as the European Region Corporate Audit Manager, and later served as Turkey Beverage Operation Commercial Project Manager, Eastern European Region Beverage Operation Commercial Project Manager, and Turkey Business Unit Operations Control Manager. He joined ebebek as the Financial and Administrative Affairs Director in March 2019, and became the Store Operations Director in 2022. Karadeniz, who speaks English and French fluently, was appointed as the General Manager of ebebek Türkiye as of January 2023.

Barış Şimşek
Information Technologies Director
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics, Department of Computer Engineering in 1995. Şimşek, who started his career in the same year, joined KoçSistem and Koç Group in May 1997 and served as Solution and Integration Manager.
He joined HSBC Turkey in 2013 as Application Development Leader and served until he founded his own company in 2017. He carried out software development and consultancy activities with his own company, Tetrahedron Bilişim, between 2017 and 2020.
Şimşek, who returned to corporate life as Data Team Leader at Türk Ekonomi Bankası in 2020, stepped into the E-Commerce world as E-Commerce Technology Manager at A101 Yeni Mağazacılık in 2021. He joined ebebek in 2023 as Information Technologies Director.

Canay Otmanbölük
Human Resources Director
He graduated from the Department of Economics at Istanbul University in 2004. After starting his professional career in the Human Resources Recruitment and Career management department at Finansbank in 2006, he moved to Türkiye Finans Katılım in 2014 as the Human Resources System and Planning Manager. Later, he worked as Performance and Talent Management Manager within AvivaSa between 2014 and 2018, and then he led the Human Resources processes within Bupa Acıbadem in 2018. As of May 2024, he has been working as Human Resources Director at ebebek.

Emin Şimşek
CEO Office Director
Emin Şimşek completed his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and his master's degree in the same field at Yıldız Technical University and in Business Administration at Sabancı University. He studied Executive Leadership at Columbia Business School.
Şimşek, who started his professional career as a Planning Engineer in 2004, worked as Sales Manager and International Business Development Manager in various global companies.
Emin Şimşek, who started his ebebek journey as Commercial Director in 2020 has been serving as ebebek CEO Office Director since 2022.

Erkan Kızılkaya
Regional Operations Director
After completing his education in Business Administration and Management at York University, Erkan Kızılkaya received his master's degree in Business Administration at Conley University.
Erkan Kızılkaya, who started his ebebek career as a Babyologist in 2008, started his career journey as follows: Team Leader, Deputy Store Manager, Store Manager, Regional Manager, Region Group Manager. As of January 2023, he has been serving as ebebek Regional Operations Director.

Fahrettin Sami Bakkaloğlu
Regional Operations Director
Fahrettin Sami Bakkaloğlu completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University and continues his master's degree in Management and Strategy in the same university. He started his career at ebebek as a Store Manager in 2013, and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2016 and to Region Group Manager in 2019. In 2023, he was promoted to Regional Operations Director.

Gönenç Şener
E-Commerce Director
Gönenç Şener graduated from Izmir Science High School in 1990 and then received his bachelor's degree from ITU Computer Engineering department. Then he completed Istanbul Bilgi University Executive Training Program.
He started his career in 1995 in the international air cargo transportation and e-commerce sectors (at TNT International Express and Hepsiburada companies). He worked as Project Manager, Information and Communication Systems Coordinator, Project Management Office Manager, Process Development and Projects Manager, "Head of Marketplace and Retail Operations" and E-Commerce Director. He has provided consultancy, training and mentoring on e-commerce, Project Management, Quality and EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model.
Şener is a member of KalDer, ITU Alumni Association and the Project Management Institute® headquartered in the USA, and holds PMP® (Project Management Professional) and ATP (Authorized Training Partner) certificates from this institution.

Güray Eren Gören
UK Country Director
Güray Eren Gören graduated from Sabancı University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Nanotechnology in 2008. He continued his academic career at Gebze Institute of Technology and successfully completed his master's degree in engineering in 2013. In 2020, he completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University in third rank and strengthened his competencies in strategic leadership and management.
Gören, who started his career as a Research Assistant in 2011, assumed various responsibilities in the fields of Analysis, Planning, Process Development and Analytics in the retail industry and gained extensive expertise by working in managerial positions.
Güray Eren Gören, who joined the ebebek family in 2024, manages the growth strategies and operational processes in the UK market as the UK Country Director as part of the global vision of the ebebek brand.

Itır Erel Ergül
Marketing Director
After graduating from Ted Ankara College in 2003 and Bilkent University Department of Business Administration in 2007, she completed her Master's degree on Strategic Marketing and Consultancy at the University of Birmingham in England as an Honor Student.
She started her professional career in the family business and worked in the fields of Cash Management and Credit Card Product Management at HSBC as of 2010. In 2012, she moved to Turkcell as Product and Marketing Manager. She then continued her duty as Loyalty Programs Manager in the Segment Management Department. Between 2015 and 2024, she served as Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Commercial Marketing Director at Beymen, respectively. She joined ebebek in 2024 as Marketing Director.

İlker Naimoğlu
Internal Control, Risk Management and Internal Audit Director
İlker Naimoğlu, who graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering, completed the Information Technologies Thesis Master's program at Bahçeşehir University in first rank.
He started his career in Ernst & Young Risk Consulting department in 2004, and was transferred to Deloitte Risk Consulting department in 2006. During this period, after providing audit and consultancy services to many companies in different sectors, he took on duties in the fields of internal control, compliance, risk management, internal audit and IT audit at Vodafone, Türk Telekom - TTNET and Mazars Turkey.
İlker Naimoğlu, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), joined ABB Turkey in 2015 as Country Internal Control and Risk Management Manager; transferred to the United States in 2019 and managed the internal control, risk and compliance activities in ABB North America for approximately 3.5 years.
He joined ebebek in 2023 as Internal Control, Risk Management and Internal Audit Director.

Müge Tekin
Commercial Director
After graduating from Istanbul Boys' High School in 1998 and Boğaziçi University International Relations Department in 2003, she completed her Master's degree on International Economic Policy at the University of Warwick in England as an Honor Student.
As of December 2004, she worked as a Specialist and All Non-Food GMS-MMS Transition Process Manager in the Purchasing Department of Metro Cash&Carry Turkey, and then as Non-Food Merchandising Coordinator and Deputy Purchasing Manager respectively.
In 2012, she worked as the Trade Manager at Dore Direkt Pazarlama, a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding. Since 2015, she has been the Organized Retail Leader in the Home Decoration Group and served as the Power Tools Hardware and Electrical Groups Category Manager at Koçtaş Group for approximately four years. In 2019, she worked as Group Manager in the IT and Accessories categories at MediaMarkt.
Müge Tekin, who joined ebebek as Commercial Director in 2023, speaks German and English fluently.

Onur Topgül
Supply Chain Director
Onur Topgül completed his undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris in 2004. Afterwards, he completed his master's degree in two different departments at the same university in 2005: the first in the fields of Production and Logistics and the second in the fields of Strategy-Marketing-Finance.
Onur Topgül, who started his professional career in the production sector in Paris in 2005, worked in different positions in the fields of supply chain and project management in sectors such as consumer durables, retail, textile, energy and logistics.
Before joining ebebek, Topgül worked as Operations Manager - Europe in the field of international distribution operations. He is fluent in English, French and Italian. He has been continuing his ebebek career journey as Supply Chain Director since 2020.

Pınar Küçüktürköz
Textile Commercial Director
After graduating from Galatasaray University, Department of International Relations, Pınar Küçüktürköz received her master's degree in Production Management and Marketing at Marmara University.
She started her professional career as a product planner at LCWaikiki in 2010, and then worked as Planning Manager and Planning Group Manager in the baby textile department, respectively. She has been continuing his career journey as Textile Commercial Director at ebebek since 2022.

Pınar Topsakal Eşici
Planning, Analysis and Investor Relations Director
After graduating from Notre Dame De Sion French High School, she completed her undergraduate education with a scholarship at Marquette University in the United States with highest honors in the fields of International Business, Marketing and French. She was an exchange student at Edhec Business School in France for a semester.
In her professional career, which she started in 2007, she assumed various responsibilities in the fields of product and category management, marketing, project management and analytics at HSBC, Adidas and Pepsico companies. In 2012, she graduated from Boğaziçi University Executive MBA Program with the first rank.
In her ebebek career journey, which she started as Budget, Reporting, Strategic Planning Manager in 2019, she was promoted to Planning and Analysis Director in 2023. Pınar Topsakal Eşici, who is fluent in French and English, received the Capital Market Activities Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating and Derivative Instruments Licenses in 2024 and was appointed as Planning, Analysis and Investor Relations Director.

Tolga Koyuncu
Financial and Administrative Affairs Director
Tolga Koyuncu completed his undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration. He started his career in 2008 at Ernst & Young (EY), a company operating in the financial audit sector, and then worked as a manager in the internal audit, budget-reporting and financial control departments of Pepsico, Beymen and Limak Energy companies, respectively.
Tolga Koyuncu, who worked as Budget, Reporting and Financial Control Manager at Oyak Enerji-Milangaz before joining ebebek, has been continuing his career as ebebek Financial and Administrative Affairs Director since 2022.
