Dr. Soner Canko is a graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences. He received master's and doctorate degrees from the same university. He worked in multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Hewlett-Packard (HP), First Data. While he was the General Manager of BKM - Interbank Card Center between 2011 and 2020, he worked for the transition to a cashless society by ensuring the implementation of Turkey's mobile digital wallet BKM Express and Turkey's Payment Method - TROY brands. Also known for his work in the field of Financial Technologies and digitalization, Canko contributes to many non-governmental organizations and platforms in addition to his duties on the Board of Directors.

Aynur Çolpan was born in Germany in 1970 and graduated from Üsküdar Anatolian High School and Trakya University, Department of Mathematics. Çolpan, who started his career as a Purchasing Assistant at Metro Cash and Carry in 1994, lastly served as Strategic Purchasing Manager in the relevant company. She worked in various purchasing positions at Unilever Turkey since 2000, and then worked as European Supplier Manager within Unilever between 2006 and 2009. Between 2009 and 2012, she served as Purchasing Operations Director responsible for Türkiye, Iran and Israel. Between 2012 and 2015, she served as HR Services Indirect Purchasing Director at Unilever in Switzerland, where she was responsible for a wide geography. As of January 2017, she served as BİM Purchasing General Manager, and as of January 1, 2023, she was appointed as BİM Board of Directors Advisor, Avansas Board Member and ebebek Independent Board Member. Aynur Çolpan, who has been a member of the Independent Board of Directors of Perektifüp Ambalaj as of June 2023, speaks English and German.
