The Corporate Governance Committe is established upon resolution of the Board dated May 29, 2024. As per the resolution of the Board dated May 29, 2024, Dr. Soner Canko was appointed as the Chairman, and Aynur Çolpan and Pınar Topsakal Eşici were appointed as members of the Corporate Governance Committee.
