With the ebebek Development Unit, we can manage and monitor the learning processes of all our colleagues interactively, in a structure that prioritizes individual pace, areas of interest, and professional and personal development.

The ebebek Development Unit offers a wide range of training and development programs tailored to target groups and themes, categorized into three different groups. Annual plans are created for all target groups, and they are expected to follow these training programs within the specified time frame. All these processes are carried out digitally.
