0–4 Years Child Development, Play and Family Counseling
A child's healthy development depends not only on meeting their physical needs but also on strong emotional bonds, developmentally appropriate approaches, and meaningful play experiences. The 0–4 age period is one of the most critical stages of early childhood development. During this time, access to accurate information and trusted guidance helps support children's development while empowering families throughout their parenting journey.
Guided by the motto "Supporting Families Every Step of the Development Journey," we have been offering our 0–4 Years Child Development, Play and Family Counseling service since July 2026. Through our team of 51 volunteer specialists in child development, play and toys, maternal psychology, and family counseling, we provide free, one-on-one counseling to families.
Launched in March 2022, our free, one-on-one counseling service on play and toy selection has reached approximately 12,000 families to date. To better address the evolving needs of families, we expanded the scope of the program in July 2026, bringing it together under the broader 0–4 Years Child Development, Play and Family Counseling framework, which takes a more holistic approach to supporting children's developmental needs during their early years.
Today, through our free, one-on-one counseling services in child development, play and toys, maternal psychology, and family counseling, we aim to provide families with reliable guidance and the support they need throughout their children's developmental journey.
