OUR COMMUNITY RULES

Our Community Rules outline the standards of conduct expected on the website or mobile applications operated by ebebek Mağazacılık A.Ş. These rules have been established to ensure that the community remains helpful to one another and that all actions and content remain relevant and meaningful to the site and mobile applications.

  1. Comments regarding price are permitted only if they relate to the product’s value. However, comments based solely on an individual’s personal experience with pricing are not allowed. Price comparisons of the same product across different stores are also prohibited, as such information may not be relevant for all customers
  2. Distracting or unwanted content (spam) is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, repetitive text, nonsensical content, or posts consisting only of punctuation marks or symbols.
  3. Content that discloses others’ private information or includes your own personal data is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, phone numbers, email addresses, license plates, data source names (DSN), and order numbers.
  4. Posts may not contain any of the following, including similar forms of content:
  • Profanity, obscenity, name-calling
  • Harassment or threats
  • Aggressive behaviour
  • Defamation, insults, or provocative statements
  • Sharing content from multiple accounts or coordinating posts with others
  1. Hate speech targeting individuals or groups, as well as content that encourages hatred, violence, provocation, or degrading remarks, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, references to;
  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Sexual orientation
  • Religion
  • Political views
  • Age
  • Disability
  1. Posts created solely to promote a company, website, or individual are not allowed.
  2. Impersonating any person or organisation is also strictly prohibited.
  3. Content that encourages illegal activities is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to;
  • Violence
  • Drug use
  • Alcohol consumption by minors
  • Child or animal abuse
  • Fraud
  1. Content that supports or threatens physical or financial harm to yourself or others is not allowed. This includes any reference to terrorism, including jokes or indirect suggestions related to causing harm.
  2. All comments posted on the platform must be in Turkish.

 

Consequences of Violations

In cases where the guidelines are not followed, we may take the following actions:

  • Remove the content posted by the individual
  • Restrict the individual’s use of community features
  • Remove the related products
  • Suspend or close the account

If we detect unusual commenting activity, we may limit the ability to submit comments. If a comment is rejected or removed for violating our promotional content rules, the user will not be allowed to post another review for the same product.

If an individual violates the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, including the Turkish Commercial Code, we reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings that may result in administrative fines, monetary penalties, or criminal sanctions.
