Hakan Usta, General Director of Public Hospitals at the Ministry of Health, visited the store to observe ebebek’s specialist-led projects in breastfeeding, play, and sleep. The meeting took place as part of ongoing discussions between ebebek and the Ministry of Health in line with ebebek’s journey toward becoming a baby-friendly retail brand. During the store tour, the delegation had the opportunity to closely examine ebebek’s service model and its expert-supported practices designed for parents and caregivers.

Project models that facilitate families’ access to accurate information and professional guidance were also shared.
